Chelsea trained in dance at the Adelaide Centre forPerforming
Arts before moving into circus. Working with many
internationallyrenowned companies including CIRCA, Queensland
Theatre Company and CircusMonoxide, Chelsea has since travelled the
world performing across the UK,Europe, Canada, South America and
Having created and performed in several notable productionssuch
as Smoke and Mirrors, Fake
It and Regarding the Joy of Others, and a solo trapeze performance
at theBrisbane Gasworks, Chelsea is also a performer, director and
head trainer ofFlipside Circus and is a co-founder of the
production company Lady Torpedo.
Mozes began his circus training in 1996 at the Circus Spacein
London. Upon his return to Australia, he continued with a dedicated
practiceand soon found himself touring internationally with Circus
in 1999, Mozes joined the internationally acclaimed
company,Acrobat, and was a core member, performer and devisor until
December 2008,touring extensively in Asia, europe, UK and South
Since 1999, Mozes has also performed with La Clique,
CircusMonoxide, Snuff Puppets, Circus oz, Blue Show and has spent
time as an aerialtrainer with the Flying Fruit Fly Circus.
Beginning dance and acrobatics at the age of 8, David joinedthe
Flying Fruit Fly Circus at the age of 11, where he was trained
extensivelyby russian, Chinese and Australian circus masters. There
he performednationally and internationally, including at the Sydney
2000 Olympic OpeningCeremony, and toured Hawaii, New Zealand and
David has gone on to work with companies such as CirCA, TomTom
Crew and Flipside Circus and has recently formed a production
company, LadyTorpedo, with Chelsea McGuffin.
Daniel is a graduate of the Flying Fruit Fly Circus, wherehe
spent ten years specialising in acrobatics, teeterboard and tight
wire, andtravelling to perform in Canada, New York, Hawaii, New
Zealand and throughoutmost of Australia .
Daniel is an original member of the Tom Tom Crew,
havingperformed with them for the past five years, touring
throughout Australia,Europe, UK & New York's Broadway.
TRENT ARKLEY SMITH
Trent learnt cello aged five, trumpet aged nine, guitar
agedfourteen and has since developed skills on a number of other
instruments,including ukulele and nose flute. Trent has worked as a
musician, clowncomedian, composer and musical director, and in
numerous bands, orchestras,theatre productions, circuses, street
theatre shows and festivals including The Oskar and Strudel
show, CircusMonoxide, Lunar Circus, Queensland State Theatre
Company and The Von Trolley Quartet. Now living inVienna,
Trent continues to work with sever musical and theatrical
projectsacross the globe.
As a trained gymnast and graduate of Australia's NationalTheatre
Ballet, Alex spent several years as a professional dancer
beforebecoming a circus performer. Trained in acrobatics and
aerials, Alex has sinceperformed extensively throughout Europe,
Asia & Australia with serveralcompanies including CIRCA, Legs
on the Wall, Transsiteatteri Hurjaruuth and LeGrand Cirque.
